Jim Cramer of “Mad Money” Doesn’t Like Comcast

We agree that Comcast SUCKS.  Read this portion of he MAD MONEY broadcast on 3/30/09 at WallStreetPit “I am recommending no cable companies. I was hoping that Apollo would not get Charter. And Comcast the would get their teeth into it. I don’t like this titanic battle between Fios and Comcast. I just think that [...]

“I am recommending no cable companies. I was hoping that Apollo would not get Charter. And Comcast the would get their teeth into it. I don’t like this titanic battle between Fios and Comcast. I just think that Comcast is inexpensive but I can’t think of a catalyst to buy it. So, in other words I say, I got better fish to fry. Better cable companies too. Wow that’s mean. No, I don’t mean it.”

Sure you meant it Jim, and for good reason too.  BOOYA!

Comcast sues OceanNet for Reselling Internet Service

Read the whole story at ARSTechnica Frank Clark has dared to compete with Comcast and now they intend to punished him. We look forward to having those Terms of Service challenged in [...]

Frank Clark has dared to compete with Comcast and now they intend to punished him. Forget the fact that OceanNet has violated the Terms of Service of the Comcast Residential Internet Service Agreement which prohibit reselling their services. We look forward to having those Terms of Service challenged in a court of law. The real issue here is that OceanNet was offering the consumer a better VALUE than Comcast, and that dips into Comcast’s profits so they intend to send “a message” to other would-be competitors (…at least the ones they’re not already in bed with). GOOD LUCK Frank!

Mona Shaw Hammers Comcast

Here’s an oldie but goodie at the Washington Post Mona “The Hammer” Shaw was outraged when she went to her local Comcast office and asked to speak with a customer service manager, waited 2-hours just to be told the manager has left for the day…good-bye. “So, after stewing over it all weekend, on the following [...]

Here’s an oldie but goodie at the Washington Post

Mona “The Hammer” Shaw was outraged when she went to her local Comcast office and asked to speak with a customer service manager, waited 2-hours just to be told the manager has left for the day…good-bye.

“So, after stewing over it all weekend, on the following Monday, she went downstairs, got Don’s claw hammer and said: “C’mon, honey, we’re going to Comcast.”

Hammer time: Shaw storms in the company’s office. BAM! She whacks the keyboard of the customer service rep. BAM! Down goes the monitor. BAM! She totals the telephone. People scatter, scream, cops show up and what does she do? POW! A parting shot to the phone!   “They cuffed me right then,” she says.”

Mona, you are a hero and your story will be the first in our new HALL OF FAME category.  CUT-THE-CABLE salutes you!

@comcastcares…About Creating a New Revenue Stream

read the story in Informationweek If you’re here you’ve probably heard of Frank Eliason.  He’s on the Comcast payroll as their Director of Digital Care.  What is a Director of Digital Care you ask?  It appears to be a someone that gets 6-figures for surfing the web.  And now by having someone that has had [...]

If you’re here you’ve probably heard of Frank Eliason.  He’s on the Comcast payroll as their Director of Digital Care.  What is a Director of Digital Care you ask?  It appears to be a someone that gets 6-figures for surfing the web.  And now by having someone that has had moderate success in duping customers into believing there is someone that actually cares within their walls, Comcast is looking to sell this ‘Technology’ to other companies.

How would you like to be the company that is seeking Comcast’s advice on improving customer service?  ROTFLOL!!!

How many Frank Eliasons do you think there are?

1st attempt, rep says it must be done at their office 30 minutes away and show ID and SS#.

2nd attempt, SS# is incorrect in Comcast system.  Can’t make any changes (why do they need our SSN#?)

3rd attempt, Comcast finally gives in…but you still owe $$$ (not to mention late fees)

“This is completely a scam if you ask me.”  Well of course it is, but Comcast is above the law.  Has anyone ever experienced the same type of problem when wanting to ADD SERVICES to their account?

Non-Discrimination: Comcast screws Disabled & Unemployed too

Read this little gem at RipOffReport Deedra of Bothell, Washington is disabled and unemployed and wants nothing more than the most basic of television packages that Comcast sees fit to offer.  She has been a customer for 6 long years and has NEVER received all of the channels she is supposed to receive. “I subscribe [...]

“I subscribe to the most basic level of service. Note: I do not expect inferior service because of this, but Comcast seems to have a different opinion.”  But Deedra darling, WE ARE COMCAST.  We piss on you for a living,

“Comcast has provided the worst service for the longest time of any company I’ve ever been involved with.”  …and proud of it, ’cause we’re Comcast, BIOTCH.

Who thinks Comcast is great? COMCAST Does!
