Cables running through my backyard / Landscapes coast to coast have been scared / bringing us our favorite shows like / “Flavor Flav” and “Desperate Hos”

Service sucks that’s no surprise / on days that end with letter “y”s / the TV set has bad reception / Internet say “No Connection”

Called them to complain some more / They’re set to speed dial number four / Luck is on my side it’s true / I’m twenty-seventh in the queue

  4. I called and chatted with comcast last week after converting to digital. I was unhappy
    with price as a 20 year customer and had a few other issues. I was promised in chat,
    and a phone call follow up, some concessions, ending up with OK for a free DVR for one
    year, about a discount of only ONE month of what I pay now for internet and cable
    through them. ($8.95 x 12) I called to follow-up after picking up the DVR and of
    course they denied it all and offered me one month, $8.95 discount, versus the 12
    months they promised. They have you by the short hairs because you can’t document the
    conversation from your end so they can change their stories all they want after the
    fact. Of course, I hear satellite TV company’s service is similar so consumers have
    nowhere to go for decent service and a little consideration for loyalty. I have
    several friends who have dropped all their TV service and maybe that is the only way
    to fight back. Down with them all.
